| 摘 要： | 首先探索了快速检测嗜水气单胸的微生物学培养法和免疫学方法，进而利用所建方法对５８０余个不同来源的样品进行实测，考核其特异性和敏感性，监测鳖池水的细菌数量变化动态，结合疫情建立菌情－疫情关系模型。
