高压直流继电器电磁系统的优化设计

摘    要:电磁系统是高压直流继电器的关键组成部分.其中导磁部件的磁饱和情况、涡流现象及结构参数等影响着电磁系统的工作性能.针对该问题,建立继电器电磁系统有限元模型,并进行实验验证.以提高继电器吸持力、降低吸合时间为目标,利用正交试验法对继电器电磁系统进行优化设计.优化过程中通过磁场法分析工作气隙磁通密度的分布情况,并结合继电器在工作过程中导磁部件的磁饱和现象,锁定动铁心横截面积、静铁心厚度和垫片厚度作为优化变量.根据正交试验方差分析法确定三者的最优水平组合与影响动态特性的显著程度.加工优化样机,并进行实验,实验结果表明,该优化方案可以有效地提高继电器吸持力、降低吸合时间.

Abstract:The electromagnetic system is a key component of the HVDC relay. The magnetic saturation, eddy current phenomenon and structural parameters of the magnetic conductive parts affect the working performance of the electromagnetic system. Aiming at this problem, this paper established a finite element model of the relay electromagnetic system and conducted experimental verification. In order to improve the holding force and reduce the pull-in time of the relay, the electromagnetic system was optimized by the orthogonal experiment method. During the optimization process, the distribution of the magnetic flux density of the working air gap was analyzed by the magnetic field method. Combined with the magnetic saturation phenomenon of the magnetic conductive parts of the relay during the working process, the cross-sectional area of the moving core, the thickness of the static core and the thickness of the gasket were determined as optimization variables. According to the orthogonal test variance analysis method, the optimal level combination of the three and the significant degree of influence on the dynamic characteristics were determined. The optimized prototype was processed and experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the optimized scheme could effectively improve the holding force and reduce the pull-in time.
