介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死9例疗效观察

采用Seldinger's法经股动脉穿刺,5F Cobra导管注入溶栓剂,对股骨头缺血性坏死进行治疗,血管造影计数动脉血管数目并对关节活动度及疼痛程度进行观察,评价其疗效.结果表明9例患者经治疗后,有6例疼痛消失、关节功能恢复正常,2例明显好转,1例无明显改变;X线示坏死骨质有不同程度的吸收及修复.经介入溶栓治疗股骨头缺血性坏死具有一定的疗效.

Clinical Observation on 9 Cases of Interventional Therapy for Ischemic Necrosis of Femoral Head

By adopting Seldinger's method, the patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head were treated by femoral artery puncture, into which the thrombolytic was injected via 5F Cobra catheter. After that the number of arterial blob vessel was counted and the activity and pain degree of joint was observed by angiograph. the results showed that:Among 9 cases of treated patients, 6 cases had no pain and joint functtion normally recovered; 2 cases was on the obvious mend; I case had no obvious change.
