| 摘 要： | 在设备使用一段时间出现磨损后,决定对设备进行大修还是更新时,需要在两者之间进行经济性分析,找出两者之间合理的经济界限。常用的设备大修理经济性分析方法存在着不合理的地方,文章从新发生费用的角度入手,分析了原有方法中存在的问题,并对原有单位产品生产成本比较法进行了改进,提出更为合理的成本确定方法,在实践中有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Economic analysis of general overhaul and renewal of equipment has to be made when the abrasion of mechanical equipment reaches some degree,and the reasonable economic limit has to be determined when the decision-maker decides to overhaul or renew the equipment.In this paper,the problems existing in common methods for economic analysis of general overhaul of equipment are analyzed.From the point of view of new expenditure,the present method of comparing the unit-product-cost is improved.A more reasonable way of determining the cost is put forward.An analysis example is presented. |
