| Abstract: | This paper expatiates briefly on the basic domain of the new contents in,the development back- ground,and theoretical and practical values of Strategic Human Resource Management,as part of human resource management.Thus,it introduces the main theories on the orientation of competition environment, stages of organization and development,characteristics of human resource management,organization reform strategy,and personnel and work of human resource in strategic human resource manageraent. |
