| Abstract: | To select subject with plan and purpose is the foundation of editorial work of college journal and important basis of solicit contributions.The subjects of papers being selected in College Journal should be concerned with studying and solution of social problems and with frontier content and high value,and the subjects should take the subject construction of one's own college or cultural interest of one's own region as standard. |
