摘    要:采用三维时均NavierStokes方程和kε模型分别模拟了离心通风机内部流场的流动;几何拓扑结构使用多块结构以减少计算机内存的浪费;运用贴体坐标系统描述了复杂的几何边界;使用二阶中心差分以离散扩散项和源项;对于控制方程的对流项的离散,为了克服中心差分在网格Pe数大于2后解的不稳定和迎风差分时不考虑Pe影响的缺陷,应用混合差分(HDS)格式,并对时间参数采用二阶向后差分;求解方程使用Simple算法.通过这些方法和手段,得出了不同时刻叶轮内流道速度、湍动能及耗散能的分布.这为了解旋转对流道内速度分布、壁面摩擦力和紊流结构等影响提供了理论依据,为离心风机设计、节能改造提供了详细的数据和有效的手段

Abstract:A 3D transient flow model to compute the internal flow field for centrifugal fan has been adopted in this paper. The computing method used is the SIMPLE method which is a finite and different volume method based on the principle of pressure correction. The multi block grid methodology involving the use of an unstructured set of block is used, and the Body fitted grid and cylindrical coordinate are specified in the simulation; The methods of discretization of diffusion terms and source terms in the control equations are Central Differencing (CDS),and the methods of discretization of advection terms in the control equations are Hybrid Differencing(HDS). The computation results that describe distribution of the velocity and turbulence kinetic energy and turbulence dissipation rate are well in accord with phenomena in prototypes. The simulation results can be used in design of centrifugal fan.
