| 摘 要： | 首次报道了一种新型表面活性剂丁二酸二 (油酸乙二醇单酯 )酯磺酸钠 (SEDSS)的合成 ,考察了它与异辛烷形成的反胶束体系在提取小分子的细胞色素C(cyt-C)和相对分子质量较大的血红蛋白的行为 .结果表明 ,该表面活性剂与异辛烷形成的体系具有反胶束的性质 ,与AOT/异辛烷体系相比 ,血红蛋白的提取率更高 ,且无界面膜状物产生

| Abstract: | The synthses of a new type of surfactant-sodium bis(monoglycololeoly) sulfuo-succinate(SEDSS) was first reported, it could form reversed micelle with iso-octane. This reversed micellar system could extract macromolecular protein-hemoglobin as well as cyt-C. The results indicated that compared with AOT reversed micellar system, SEDSS reversed micellar system has higher extract ratio, no undissolved substance on the interface, and need not co-surfactant. |
