不同品种紫花苜蓿抗寒性的研究

摘    要:用生理生化方法对不同品种苜蓿的电导率、丙二醛、超氧物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性及其同工酶电脉等指标进行了测定,用来确定苜蓿抗寒性的大小,各项所得结果趋于一致,得出苜蓿抗寒性由大到小的顺序为:加拿大1号、加拿大2号、图牧吉苜蓿、佳木斯苜蓿、公农二号、公农一号。同时,也表明将这几项指标结合起来评定植物的抗寒性大小效果较好。

Abstract:ix varieties of Alfalfa were tested for the resistance to chilling with methods of electro-conductivity rate,MDA accumulation analysis,activties and isozynie analysis of SOD and POD. All above analyses showed the same results which indicated an order of the Six Alfalfa varieties in resistance to chilling:Canada No.1,Canada No.2.Tumuji Alfalfa.Jiamusi Alfalfa.Gongnong No.2,Gongnong No.1 meanwhile,The results also meant that all the above physiology and biochemistry items could be used synthetically to test the plants for their resistance to chilling.
