| 摘 要： | 政府权力从传统走向现代意味着政府权力从一元集中到多元分散,这只不过揭示了政府权力现代化的一个整体形态的演进状况,事实上,整个政府权力现代化进程是由政府权力的理性化、政府权力的世俗化、政府权力的制度化、政府权力的民主化四个分进程组成的。本文从政府权力的理性化、政府权力的世俗化、政府权力的制度化、政府权力的民主化探讨了政治现代化视野下中西政府权力的不同之处,在立足本国国情的情况下去寻找真正属于我们的通往政治现代化的道路。
