鼓浪屿家庭旅馆网络营销的现状与对策

摘    要:通过对鼓浪屿家庭旅馆的实地访谈与问卷调研,发现鼓浪屿家庭旅馆存在数量增长迅速,网络营销发展相对滞后的现状。目前鼓浪屿家庭旅馆的网络营销既有优势和机遇,也存在不足与威胁。建议设计体验式服务网络产品,采取以价格歧视为导向的网络定价,提升顾客忠诚度,营造利益相关者双赢局面,以促进鼓浪屿家庭旅馆网络营销的良性发展。

Abstract:A field survey indicates that family inns in Gulangyu Island of China has grown rapidly in number but their e-marketing remains poor.It has its strengths and opportunities,as well as weakness and threats This article proposes some-marketing strategies for Gulangyu family inn development including network products for user experience,preferential pricing,customer loyalty,and shareholder winning profits.
