福建经济增长与劳动生产率及就业相关性分析

以1978—2008年福建省经济、社会发展的数据为依据,运用协整及格兰杰因果关系检验等方法,对福建省经济增长与就业增长、劳动生产率之间的相关性进行了实证分析。结果表明:福建省经济增长与就业增长之间存在着非一致性,而劳动生产率与经济增长之间存在着正相关的关系,劳动产出率的提高对促进福建省经济增长的贡献最大,这说明劳动生产率增长是决定经济增长的重要因素。因此,为了促进福建省经济的持续增长,有必要进一步加大技术进步,推进产业结构优化升级。

A Research on the Correlation Analysis between Economic Growth,Labor Productivity and Employment of Fujian

We make an empirical study between economic growth,employment growth and labor productivity in Fujian using data from 1978 to 2008 by co-integration test and Granger cause-effect test.The results show that inconsistency exists between economic growth and employment growth in Fujian.The results also show that labor productivity has a positive correlation with economic growth that makes the biggest contribution to economic growth.These results mean that labor productivity raise is an important factor of economic growth in Fujian.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the technological progress,optimize and upgrade industrial structure for sustained economic growth in Fujian.
