海西文化创意产业集群的集聚模式与发展策略

通过文化创意产业集群集聚效应及其影响因素的分析,认为产业集群化是文化创意产业发展的必然选择。探讨文化创意产业集群的形成条件、模式后,提出:选择政产学研相结合的文化创意产业集聚模式,提高区域创新网络和系统创新的能力,确定文化创意产业的主导产业,培育大型文化创意实体和消费群体,建立海峡两岸文化创意产业合作示范区,加强人才培养,解决融资渠道和政策的扶持等策略,以促进海西文化创意产业集群的建设与发展。

The Aggregate Model and Development Strategy of Cultural and Creative Industry Clusters in Haixi Economic Zone

This paper holds that the industry clustering is the inevitable choice for cultural and creative industral development based on analysis of the agglomeration effect and its influence factors of cultural and creative industry clusters.It discusses the forming conditions and patterns of cultural and creative industry clusters,and proposes some developmental strategies of its growth in Haixi Economic Zone.University-industry-research-government efforts,regional innovation network and system capability,leading industry of cultural and creative industries,large cultural and creative creator and consumer groups,cooperative pilot projects in area of on both sides of the Taiwan Strait,talents cultivation,the financing channels and supportive policies are among the most important conducive factors for creative industry growth in Haixi Economic Zone.
