| 摘 要： | 采用定量分析方法,以30套地方政府绩效评估指标体系作为研究样本。在统计分析的基础上对我国地方政府绩效评估指标进行评估,归纳其结构特点,并指出现行的指标多是静止的、结果性的,指标解释及计算方法亟待规范等问题,未来应开发测度政府发展能力的指标,从数量指标、比率指标走向高端的模型指标,政府绩效评估应兼顾结果性评估和预测性评估。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the 30 cases of local government performance evaluation indicators system,adopting content analysis in order to give the quantitative analysis to general characteristics of the local government performance evaluation practice in China.It concludes that indicators interpretation and calculation methods should be standardized,and provides some reflections and recommendations with regard to government performance evaluation. |
