| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the general situation of the irrigated area and the present situation of the hydraulic works,in the light of the construction method of "taking the soil as the form and casting the concrete on the spot" for the small-scale hydraulic works,probes into the construction from the construction design,the investment for manpower and materials,the construction procedures,and the quality requirements,etc.,and puts forward some presumptions on strengthening the works management. |
