摘    要:本文简要分析了泥浆中固相的含量、粒度组成及其分布特点,并在比较各种固控方法的基础上,提出水力旋流器是有效可靠、简便实用的固控手段;阐述了应用水力旋流器的设计依据和方法以及正确使用等问题;最后对水力旋流器设计作了示范举例。

Abstract:The solid phase of mud is briefly analysed in respect of its content,composition and distribution features. On the basis of making a comparison withother mud solid control methods it has been proved that hydrocyclone is aneffective reliable and practical means of mud solid control. The principles ofhydrocyclone design as well as its proper application are discussed and an exampleof hydrocyclone design is given.
