| 摘 要： | 经典组合学上有三个著名的公式，即Ｎｅｗｔｏｎ公式、Ｗａｒｉｎｇ公式以及唐华公式，本文在三公式的基础上重新提出另一公式，不仅使它们的关系更完善，同时还对美国《数学评论》杂志上一个错误报道加以修正。

| Abstract: | There are three famous formulas on classical combinatorial problems, i.e. Newton formula, Waring Formula and Tang Youhua Formaula. Based on these formulas a new formula is advanced. Thisformula not only makes the relation perfect among these three formulas but also revises a report in theAmerican Mathematical Review in 1988. |
