| Abstract: | The article starts with problems which exist while the higher education is popularied in our country and raises countermeasures and measures which colleges and universities should adopt actively.They are chiefly enhancing teaching construction,deepening education reform,adjusting specialized structure,increasing employment rate of graduates of higher learning and so on. |
