NIPA/SPAPS共聚水凝胶的合成及性能

摘    要:以N—异丙基丙烯酰胺为单体与少量丙烯酸(3—磺酸)丙酯钾盐共聚,以N,N—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,得到一种具有较大溶胀比的阴离子型温敏水凝胶。对其热敏性能、溶胀性能,以及阴离子单体用量对上述性能的影响进行了探讨,并对收缩动力学和再溶胀动力学进行了表征。结果表明,在一定阴离子含量范围内,随着凝胶中阴离子含量的增加,凝胶的相转变温度升高,水凝胶的溶胀率和水保留率也增加。考察了该水凝胶对甘草酸的分离吸收性能及对蛋白质溶液的浓缩性能,并尝试用水凝胶中水的状态理论对结果进行了解释,初步证明可将该水凝胶用于中草药有效成分的分离。

Abstract:A kind of anionic thermo-sensitive hydrogel wit h high swelling ratio was prepared by the co-polyme- rization of N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPA) monomer and 3-sulfopropyl acrylate potassium salt (SPAPS) wi th little amount in the presence of N,N-methylene-bisacrylamide (MBA). The the rmo-sensitive property and the swelling property of the hydrogel and their depe ndence on anionic monomer content were discussed to characte- rize the shrin king and re-swelling kinetic behaviors. It was shown that the phase transition temperature, the swelling ratio and the water retention of the hydrogel would in crease with the increasing of anionic monomer content in a certain range of it. Meanwhile, the gels were tried to be applied in the separation and absorption of raw giycyrrhizic and the concentration of protein solution to understand the pe rformance of the hydrogel, and the corresponding results were interpreted by the state theory of water, which proves it possible for the hydrogel to be used in the separation of herb ingredients.
