固体电介质寿命试验的分组截尾样本及分布参数估计

摘    要:为缩短固体电介质寿命试验的时间和使试验切实可行,研究了分组截尾样本及这种情况下指数分布参数的估计方法。应用蒙特卡洛方法进行了模拟试验,以分析所需试样数、所得统计特征值的误差、试验时间及试样消耗等。进行了实际的寿命试验,以验证模拟试验的结果。

Abstract:In order to reduce the life test time of solid dielectric materials and to make the experiments feasible and effective, a method of life time test with cut-tail samples and specimens divided into groups is developed and the exponential distribution parameter estimation is discussed in this paper. Simulation experiments were completed 4with the aid of Monte-Carlo Method to investigate some important aspects such as the necessary number of specimens, errors of statistical characteristic values obtained, test times and expenses for specimens, etc. Practical experiments were performed to support the results obtained from simulation experiments.
