药物卡托普利在水溶液中扩散系数的测定

摘    要:本文采用金属膜池法测定了药物卡托普利在水中的扩散系数,并考察了温度以及浓度对该扩散系数的影响.结果表明:用金属膜代替玻璃膜使传统膜池法测定扩散系数的时间缩短,操作更简便.所测得的扩散系数在同一浓度下,随着温度的升高而增加;在同一温度下,随着浓度的增加而减小.

Abstract:The diffusion coefficient was determined for captopril in aqueous solution with metallic diaphragm-cell.The influences of temperature and concentration on diffusion coefficients were also discussed.Using the metallic diaphragm instead of the glass diaphragm made the experiment time shorter.The diffusion coefficients increased with the temperature increasing at the same concentration,and at the same temperature it decreased with the concentration increasing.
