煤矿井下高效换装技术

摘    要:为了提高煤矿井下辅助运输系统机车换装效率,解决机车换装问题,结合龙固煤矿的实际条件,设计了煤矿井下运输专用集装箱,能够自动装卸专用集装箱的WC5.0型无轨胶轮车和WC35E型无轨胶轮车,大幅减少了机车之间的换装时间.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to enhance the efficiency of transshipment of auxiliary transportation system and solve the transshipment of the locomotive in coal mine. Taking Longgu Coal Mine as an example, the authors designed the special container for the transport of coal mine, and the container vehicle of single hook arm and container vehicle of telescopic beam, which can automatically load and unload special containers. The design can significantly reduce transshipment time between the locomotives.
