摘    要:设计了换能器参数自动测量系统,以浮点DSP(digital signal processor)TMS320F28335为核心,具备扫频信号发射、A/D采集和通过串口与计算机通信的能力.系统能够根据显控软件设置,自动进行参数测量,并将测量结果回传至上位机.系统可以实现的自动测量项目包括:换能器发送电压响应级、接收灵敏度、空间指向性以及声学环境信噪比等.此外,显控功能还包括自动屏幕截图、Word报表生成、打印控制和错误提示等.系统的一系列测量过程能够全自动进行,在保证测量准确性的前提下,减轻了操作人员的工作强度,提高了效率.

Abstract:This paper examines the design of the automatic measurement system for transducer parameters, which uses floating-point digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F28335 as the core, having the abilities of the frequency sweeping signal transmission, A/D acquisition and serial communication with the computer. The system can be set according to the display and control software, measuring parameters automatically and sending the results back to the host computer. The automatic measurement that can be achieved by the system includes the response level of transducer sending voltage, receiver sensitivity, spatial directivity and signal-to-noise ratio of the acoustic environment. In addition, the display and control functions also include automatic screenshot, generation of Word report, printing control and error warning, etc. A series of measurement process of the system can be done fully automatically. On the premise of ensuring accuracy of measurement, the system can reduce working strength of the operators, and thus improve efficiency.
