椭圆型近似直线轨迹导引机构的综合方法及其误差分析

摘    要:直线导引机构在机构轨迹综合中占有重要地位,近似直线机构由于结构上的特点可能更具有良好的性能和应用价值。以椭圆仪机构为基础,提出了一种椭圆型近似直线导引机构的设计方法,以圆弧代替椭圆弧为手段,从而得到近似直线轨迹发生机构的综合方法。通过误差分析证明该方法是一种有效的直线导引机构综合方法。该法在机械工程中具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Straight line guiding mechanism possessed an important status in the mechanism comprehensive track. For Me characteristic in the structure, approximate straight line mechanism maybe more valuable. This text based on the mechanism of the ellipsograph, and proposed a design method of the ellipse approximate straight line guiding mechanism. This method used circular arc to substitute elliptical arc, and the error has been researched. So this method has a great value in the mechanical engineering.
