| Abstract: | Lycium karbarum L regeneration plants were formed by organogenesisand embryoid genesis.Chromosomal aberration was observed in materialcultured.Chromosomal aberration occurred in the regeneration plant.Compared with organcgenesis,the degree of chromosomal aberration inregeneration plants developing from embryoid is lower. |
