离子束介导技术在实际应用中所存在的问题及研究对策

摘    要:重离子束介导技术的实用性在探索中得到肯定的同时,仍然存在着6大研究难题(即研究的系统性和完整性、介导试验的后效性研究、寻找介导试验的生物学证据时的局限性、研究的重复性、介导试验的机制和机理、研究的超前性)值得注意.基于目前的研究现状,提出了新的技术思路,即重离子束介导技术立足于重离子束这一物理学技术平台,注重研究2个关键性问题,完成3个有效转变,寻找4个方面的试验证据,研究5大生物学特性.

Abstract:Following affirmed practicability of the heavy ion beam mediated technique,the 6 research puzzles,containing the systematicness and completeness,the effects in the subsequent generation,the limitation in finding the witness of mediated experiment,the research repeatability,the mechanics of the gene recombination between the allogenetic materials,and the strategic viewpoint,are worth noticing.The technical ideas,including the 1 mediated technique in physics,the 2 significant subjects,the 3 effective changes,the mediated evidences of 4 aspects and the 5 biological characteristics,are particularly put forward,according to the existing states in the field.
