基于Pro/ENGINEER的虚拟装配过程仿真

摘    要:在P ro/ENG INEER的assem b ly模块下对零部件进行虚拟装配时,只能表现装配之前和之后的状态,通过何种路径进行装配无法体现,所以对装配过程中零部件间的干涉和碰撞无法进行检查.为此,以Q 3808无心车床主轴系统的虚拟装配过程为例,提出了在P ro/ENG INEER的Skeleton模块下规划装配路径,在P ro/P rogram中的R elation下设定干涉碰撞条件,从而实现了虚拟装配过程仿真.

Abstract:When parts and components are assembled under Pro/ENGINEER,the assembly path cannot be incarnated,so their interference and collision cannot be examined.Now the assembly path planning is brought forward in the SKELETON module,and the conditions of interference and collision are enacted in the RELATION module,thus realizing the simulation of virtual assembly process.
