摘    要:在调研广州市农业旅游发展现状的基础上,通过问卷调查和员工访谈,发现广州市农业旅游企业普遍存在员工素质低、流失率高、培训少等问题,提出了建立三层级培养体系、有针对性地选择培训内容和培养模式等举措来加快农业旅游企业人力资源的开发与管理。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of the present development of Guangzhou City's agricultural tourism, and through the questionnaire interview, this paper finds that the problems such as the lower quality, higher outflow rate, less training, etc. of the personnel commonly exist in Guangdong's agricultural tourist enterprises, and puts forward some measures for speeding up the development and management of the agricultural tourist enterprises such as establishing the three-level training system, and selecting the training contents and training modes correspondingly, etc.
