摘    要:文中讨论了组装式Π型井架前大腿弹性稳定性的计算原理,并进而从理论上探讨了销钉间隙对前大腿的稳定性和横向变形的影响。认为按弹性稳定理论,销钉间隙对前大腿的稳定性不发生影响,只会加大其横向变形,但按弹塑性稳定理论,销钉间隙的存在则会降低其抗失稳承载能力。井架前大腿失稳时几乎都超过弹性范围,故严格说应按弹塑性稳定理论计算之。

Abstract:A theory of computing clastic stability and transverse deflexion of front legs of assembled II-type derrick is discussed. And based on the theory, the effect of the clearance between pins and their hole walls on the stability and transverse deflexion is theoretically studied in this paper. It is proved that there is no effect of the pin-hole clearance on the stability of the front legs according to the theory of elastic stability, although it would incrase the transverse deflexion. But according to the theory of elastoplastic stability, the clearance would decrease their capacity against the stability failure.The stress level in the front legs of the derrick when the stability failure takes place is almost beyond the scope of elasticity, and so, in strict sense, the theory of elastoplastic stability should be applied in this case.
