| 摘 要： | 资本运营是相对于企业的产品经营而言的一种经营方式。在分析了资本运营的理念、特征及资本运营在云南中小民营企业发展中的聚合效应的基础上，指出云南企业资本运营认识和操作上的误区，提出促进云南中小民营企业通过资本运营加快企业发展的政策建议、实施途径和具体措施。

| Abstract: | Capital manipulation is one of the ways compared to the product management of enterprise. The theory and features of capital manipulation may cause polymerization effect in the development of medium-sized and small enterprises in Yunnan province. The writer points out the misunderstanding in capital manipulation in the enterprises in Yunnan province. The author also puts forward some specific measures, approaches and some advice to stimulate the development of enterprise through the proper capital manipulation in the medium-sized and small private enterprises. |
