| Abstract: | It' s the main topic on the education refo rms nowadays about how to bring forth new teaching technique in order to cultivate persons with creativity.In this article the author ta lks about the importance of training persons with creativity and puts forward her idea that the training of personal creativity should be seriously dealt with i n the new age.Meanwhile the author sets forth her idea on how to improve the moral ed ucation of four facts as the improvem ent of education idea,the reform of moral e dueation,the construction of colle ge culture and the promotions of the t eacher' s quality. |
