不同断面神经束组吻合对周围神经再生影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察不同断面神经束组吻合对大鼠坐骨神经再生的影响。方法 将32只大鼠随机分为4组,各组大鼠均切断双侧坐骨神经后立即在显微镜下左侧施行不同断面神经束组吻合,右侧施行同一断面神经束组吻合。分别于第,2,4,6,8周检测两侧坐骨神经运动诱发电位的潜伏期和波幅,有髓神经纤维数。结果 各指标经统计学处理,术后第2周,实验侧和对照侧之间差异无统计学意义。结论 不同断面神经束组吻合在神经恢复后期有加速神经再生作用,优于同一断面神经束组吻合。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the promoting effect of different situation never fibs repair on nerve regeneration. Methods 32 rats sciatic nerve injury model were set up in rats which were divided by random into four groups. Each rat was operated by different situation never fibs repair on left side by same situation never fibs repair on right. The rats were scarificed at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks for the study of electrophy biology and image analysis. Results Targets of experiment side were superior to those of the control side, however, there was no different beween two sides after two weeks. Conclusion In different situation never fibs repair could accelerate peripheral nerve regeneration in the rats at later stage.
