| 摘 要： | 基于注塑成型过程充填机理的流体力学基本方程 ,建立了注塑成型过程的流动和浇注系统的数学模型 ,采用混合有限元法 /有限差分法求解压力和能量方程 ,从而实现了成型过程数值分析 .

Numerical Analysis Technology and Application in Injection Mould |

| Abstract: | Based on the filling mechanism of injection mold and the fundamental equations of fluid mechanics,the mathematical model of flow and feed system were established for injection mold filling process, Using hybrid finite element/finite difference approaches pressure equation and energy equation were solved,and numerical analysis of filling process was realized. |
