中药甘草中微量元素的主成分分析和系统聚类分析

摘    要:以微量元素含量为指标,应用主成分分析法,结合SPSS软件对不同产地甘草的微量元素进行聚类分析.筛选出特征根累计贡献率达83.260%的3个主成分,对选出的品种进行系统聚类分析,在离差平方和的水平上可将其划分为3大类群.该研究为甘草的开发和应用提供依据.

Abstract:Trace elements of Glycyrrhizin of chinese herbal medicin have been cluster analyzed by using the principal component analysis method and the statistic software SPSS,principal components are obtained,and the contributing rate of every one among the 3 is over 83.260%.Germplasms are clustered into 3 group based on these principal components and the sum of squares level.The results provide scientific basis for research and identification of Glycyrrhizin.
