摘    要:研究基于制造特性的机械系统参数化建模及仿真方法. 以Pro/E和Ansys软件为工具,结合VC及SQL server,建立了带有制造特性的、参数化的计算机集成仿真框架. 通过对钻夹头机构输出特性的分析,初步验证了考虑尺寸误差、位置误差等制造特性的参数化仿真方法的可行性,以及所构建的基于制造特性的集成仿真系统的正确性,表明了基于制造特性的仿真能够使仿真建模更接近零件的实际特征,准确预测机械系统运行性能.
