镍基高温合金表面渗铝层的抗氧化行为

摘    要:随着科学技术的进步,高科技产品对材料的性能要求逐渐提高,镍基合金以其优越的性能被广泛使用。为了提高合金的抗氧化性能,在表面制备渗铝涂层是简单有效的方法。通过对镍基合金表面渗层性能的研究,发现渗铝后的合金抗氧化性能更强。

Abstract:With the progress of science and technology,material demand of high-tech products is gradually improve,nickel base alloy with excellent properties is widely used.In order to improve the oxidation resistance properties,aluminized coating prepared on the surface is a simple and effective method.Oxidation performance was improved by the surface preparation of carburized layer.
