冷却塔的防冰技术研究

冷却塔的百叶窗结冰是北方冷却塔普遍存在的问题。百叶窗结冰会影响塔的冷却效果,增加结构负荷,降低结构的使用寿命,破坏冷却塔的填料,不可避免地造成冷却效率降低,增加反转化冰的频率,造成能耗高、风机故障频繁。通过对冷却塔结冰原因的分析和防冰解决方案的可行性研究,给出了具体解决方案,并应用于实际,取得良好的效果和经济效益。利用该防冰技术可以有效解决冬季北方百叶窗结冰的难题。
