| 摘 要： | 鉴于旅游资源的本质属性，风景名胜区形成了一种具有垄断特征的管理体制。我国经济发展进程中，风景名胜区的政府管理体制呈现出诸多问题。基于新公共管理理论，以泰山风景名胜区的政府管理体制演变为例，分析当前泰山景区政府管理存在的问题，结合实践提出创新风景名胜区政府管理体制的几点建议。

| Abstract: | According to tour resource nature, attribute , the national park form one kind of the manage- ment control system having the characteristic monopolizing. In our country economic growth course, the national park government management system displays a lot of problems. System evolution the main body of a book is managed with Tarzan national park government has been an example, has analysed the current Tarzan beauty spot government managing several cognitions having the problem, having brought forward the national park government management system being innovative combining with putting into practice. |
