| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育，深化课堂教学改革，精心设计课堂教学模式，运用科学的教学方法和教学手段，改变传统的教学观念和思维方式，培养学生的创新思维和创造能力，促进学生的智力、技能和技术的全面发展，提高课堂教学质量，是目前中学体育教学落实素质教育的重要课题。在近二十年来的教学实践中，“互动式”的体育教学模式能够充分调动学生的积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高教学的质量。
