| 摘 要： | 在群体决策问题，如何将群成员的偏好集结构群体的偏好并构造一个群体的效用函数是基于效用函数的群决策方法的核心问题，本文给出了公正和满意的概念和测度方法，提出了一种基于满意和公正的群体效用函数构造方法，并通过求解一个规划问题来获得群体效用函数。

| Abstract: | In the group decision making process, how to aggregate individuals preference into the group preference is a key issue for group decision making method based on utility function. In this paper, a measure of the satisfaction and fairness and a method of group decision making based on these measures are provided, and the group utility function is aggregated through interactively resolving a mathematical programming problem. |
