Analysis of Chemistry Textbook Based on Study Method of Metaphor in Junior Middle School

As an important cognitive means,metaphor was broadly attentive and researched by people during the second half of 20th Century.The model and analogy of the scientific metaphor are instructional maens,which were usually used in the classroom of the junior middle school.While application of both in the chemistry textbook are indispensible.At first,the paper defined the conception of scientific metaphor.Then the paper hackled the metaphorical contents which were contained in the chemistry textbook of the junior middle school published by the Shanghai Education Press.At last,the paper illuminated functions of metaphor in the chemistry textbook.
