摘    要:在分析了桥式起重机端梁受载情况的基础上,建立了桥式起重机端梁的三维有限元模型,采用商业有限元软件对算例进行了数值计算.通过分析计算可以显示出端梁的变形情况、最大应力值和位移值,可以读取端梁上任一位置的应力值和位移值.仿真结果表明,该算例的强度和刚度均满足要求,根据计算结果可以对端梁结构进行适时改进.

Abstract:The load and the finite element model of an end carriage for an overhead traveling crane are discussed. A solid model is created through a 3D design software, and calculated by a commercial finite element software. Through the analysis and calculation, the deformation, maximum stress and maximum displacement value of the end carriage can be obtained. Meanwhile, the stress and displacement of every element on the end carriage can be obtained. The simulation results show that the intensity and the stiffness of the end carriage are adequate. Based on the analysis results, the real-time modification of the end carriage can be achieved.
