| 摘 要： | 创业教育已在全国高校全面展开，对地方本科院校实施创业教育的现状及不足进行分析。从培养正确的创业意识及完善创业教育评价体系等方面对地方本科院校实施创业教育进行思考。地方本科院校应走出课堂教学的固有模式，努力培养大学生的创业精神、创业意识和实践操作能力，造就社会需要的全面发展的创业型人才。

| Abstract: | Education of pioneer work has widely spreaded in the institutions of higher education.Current Situation and shortage of education of pioneer work is analyzed in local university.Thinking is processed about education of pioneer work from cultivating keerect consciousness of pioneer work and consummating education evaluation sytem of pioneer work et al.Local university must go out the immanence pattern and cultivate the undergraduate＇ s pioneer spirit,pioneer consciousness and practice operation capability.overall development pioneer talent whom society need is carved out. |
