| 摘 要： | 结合当前企事业单位信息化建设的发展趋势,以学生的就业需求为导向,在对社会需求进行细致分析的基础上,从应用型本科院校信息管理与信息系统人才培养的角度出发,对该专业的人才培养目标进行了探讨,对该专业的人才培养要求从知识、能力、执业要求、人文素质等方面进行了探讨。
