| 摘 要： | 针对如何确定备件数量的问题,在以可用度为中心的备件供应分析的基础上,通过对备件特征参数和备件满足率的研究,运用边际效应分析方法对备件数量的确定进行建模,从而在优化费用的同时满足规定的装备备件满足率,进而达到系统可用度的要求。最后通过具体案例的应用,对该备件模型进行进一步的说明和检验。

| Abstract: | The model of spare quantities by using the marginal analysis method to confirm the quantities of the spare is established,which is through the spares particular parameter and spares sufficiency researching based on the availability centered analysis of spare supplying.Therefore,cost optimization can be achieved as well as the equipment spares sufficiency,and then the requirement of system availability is satisfied.Finally,the further demonstration and verification of the spare model are given through the particular case applying. |
