用人单位对大学生英语能力需求的实证研究

通过借鉴市场研究的方法，收集、分析用人单位对本科毕业生的英语需求数据，从总体情况、用人单位性质、行业类型、职位、学科专业以及“听说读写译”具体能力等六个方面对英语需求进行了详细地分析与研究。需求分析的研究结果反映了当前我国用人单位英语需求的实际情况，预测今后几年我国用人单位英语需求的趋势，既反映了大学英语教育的现状，又了解了用人单位的实际需求，并有针对性地对大学英语教学以及考试评估体系提出了合理化建议。
