| Abstract: | The paper analyzed present conditions, superiorities and potentialities of the development of high and new technology industries in Guizhou, and explored the existing problems in development. Combing with the midterm and long-term plan of Guizhou social and economic development, we have proposed astrategy for accelerating the development of high and new technology industries in Guizhou. |
