摘    要:给出了一种测周的数字频率计的SOPC实现方法.该方法通过配置嵌入式软核MicroBlaze微处理器和封装AXI测频和测占空比IP核,将数据传输到软核处理器,完成系统的功能.数字频率计的参数测量由FPGA逻辑进行实现.计算、控制以及显示由MicroBlaze实现,两者完成对频率和占空比的测量.本系统在Digilent公司推出的Basys3板卡上进行了验证.通过测试,结果表明,本系统测量精确,稳定性好,方案简洁,成本较低.达到了预期的结果,验证了本方案的可行性.

Abstract:A SOPC method for measuring the digital frequency meter is designed. This method configures the embedded soft-core MicroBlaze microprocessor and encapsulates the AIX frequency measurement and the measured duty-cycle IP core to transmit the data to the soft-core processor to complete the system function. MicroBlaze calculates the data and controls the system. The system was validated at Dgilent"s Basys3 board. The results show that the system is accurate, stable, simple program and low cost through the test. The design fulfills the expected results and verifies the feasibility of the program.
