基于变频技术的起重机控制系统研究

摘    要:为了降低位能负载对桥式起重机的有害机械冲击,提高系统的安全性和可靠性并达到节能降耗的目的,对起重机传统的绕线异步电动机拖动控制系统进行了改进,将PLC和变频器应用于桥式起重机拖动控制系统中.经多年实际应用表明,采用变频技术拖动控制系统的控制性能、可靠性及工作效率大幅度提高,且功耗小.
