马尾松木素磺酸盐特性的研究

摘    要:用超滤法对马尾松木素磺酸钙进行分级处理,经纯化后,用化学法和波谱法分析各级分官能团含量、相对分子质量及分布等,各级分在结构特性上相差不大,但高分子级分磺酸基含量较低,而甲氧基含量较高.酚羟基含量与相对分子质量关系不大.用超滤法进行分级,产物的名义相对分子质量与真实值相差甚大.低分子木素磺酸盐级分的表面活性高于高分子级分.但各级分的活性均十分有限.若要充当表面活性剂使用,则需经复配或改性.

Abstract:After calcium lignosulfonate from massion pine is fractionated by ultrafiltration,the fractions get are purified,and their structural characteristics are studied by chemical and spectral methods.It is found that there is little difference in the structures of all fractions;the fractions with higher relative molecular mass have higher content of methoxyl group and lower content of sulfonic group;the content of phenolic hydroxyl group has little something to do with relative molecular mass;there is a great difference between the nominal relative molecular mass of each fraction and its true relative molecular mass.It is also found that the surface activity of all fractions is finite.The surface activity of the fractions with lower relative molecular mass is higher than that of the fractions with higher relative molecular mass,and they may not be directly used as surfactant.
